Who am I?

I live and breathe Yoga and Mindfulness. They are my calling, and I feel privileged to share their most impactful techniques with children. I studied Psychology to deepen my understanding of how Yoga works on the mind and emotions. The combination of movement and stillness, breath and relaxation, gives children powerful tools for growth, calm, and self-awareness.
