The Intention
Ok! I have a sweet story to tell you. It involves a child, one text message, a very rough lady and “the” vaccine.
The child is mine, Eva, seven years old.
The message was my husband apologising that he forgot she had the vaccine scheduled in 30 minutes.
The rough lady was the one that in the past stabbed her creating a small big trauma of needles.
Eva has huge brown eyes, and they go from twinkling shiny stars to torrential floods faster than you can say banana… it’s remarkable!
So…
We have a BIG problem.
I must control the situation, however I have as much power as broken bulb. Eva is the one that needs control herself. But she is as stable as a suspended bridge. All I need is to give Eva the control. Easy, right?
YES!
That is what exactly I do.
I draw my power from the sun and transform her into the San Francisco Golden Gate bridge!
I present her to the KEY of her nervous system…
… bow to the power of a …
… extremely slow, calming, full exhalation OCEAN BREATH!
What???
Just that?!?
Questions the very rational, I like the extremely-complex-hopefuly-expensive-and-lenghty-solution human brain.
Yes! I say… Yep, she says… and the whole Yoga Mindfulness community gives it a standing ovation!
Now the question is…
