Andriza Freitas
Andriza is a dance educator and yoga teacher with more than 20 years of experience helping people transform through movement.
She has worked across diverse settings, including corporate wellbeing, children’s programs and adaptive dance for people with disabilities. Her approach combines technical expertise with warmth, creativity and care.
Together, they bring the vitality of their Brazilian roots and a shared passion for helping women reconnect with themselves through movement.
Cainara (Cai)
Cai holds a degree in Psychology and multiple yoga certifications. Her work explores the relationship between mind, body and breath through movement, meditation, breathwork and ritual practices.
She creates experiences that help women cultivate self-awareness, embodiment and meaningful connection in everyday life.
